General description:

24 port Excel right angled patch panel represents a cost effective category 6 solution with integral rear cable management. Occupying 1U position and present LSA compatible termination IDCs that are horizontal to the panel facia to allow quick and easy cable installation.

Technique Characteristics:
1. Entire high-cardon steel outer frame,with plastic powder cladding.
2. RJ45 jack Frame Material: PBT; golden plated phosphor bronze pins; pine; Shielding shell of the RJ45 jack: Brass housing with nickel- plated;IDC ciip:Tinned phosphor bronze pins.
3. Fitting for 22AWG23AWG and 24WGcables,Punching Duration:250 times. FCC ports inserting duration:750 times.
4. Cabling Sequence:T568A&B
5. Punching tool: Standard 110 tool for 110 IDC, Standard 110 tool or LSA tool for dual IDC.
6. Testing condition of transmitting capability: 100MHZ

AWG 22-24 C6 cable wires are recommended for this instalation.
Verifying the wiring follows the paster color code of the panel back cover.
Proper termination tools should be used ( e.g. 110 or Krone Universal Wire Insertion Tool).
Be aware of the insertion direction for wires.
When impacting the wire you must identify with standard TIA/EIA-568A/B.
